Out on probation for Assault and Battery high aggrivated nature?
I’m currentlt on probation for Assault and battery towards a dude that was trying to do harm to me and just recently me and my girl firend got into a fight. yes i did hit her only one time but she also hit me as well by busting my lip. I pushed her off me to end the fight and left the house to end the whole situation and she turned around and put a warrent out on me for my arrest but she does not let the police man know in her report that she struck me back as well. What will happen to me since this is a violation of my probation and my first cdv charge and what will happen to her since she did not tell the whole story. I know it looks bad on my behalf what i did but i have not contacted her or anything after the situation because I don’t wanna seem like i am an abusive person towards women which i am not because i felt as i was provoked because she was all in my face yelling at me then she spitted in my face.
It doesn’t matter what she did to you. The police will handle that at another time. Provoked or not, you hit her. You are on probation, so you most likely will go back to court… What you did won’t look good in front of the judge. I’m not sure what the consequences will be, but assume the worst.
Besides all of this nonsense… You never hit a woman. You aren’t an abusive person? You hit two people. I would suggest going to counseling for your anger issues after you are done dealing with this current situation. It will be worth it in the end. There are plenty of angry people out there, but you most certainly don’t have to react to them. Walking away is the best solution.
