Whats the best settings to take a digital photo a train on a dslr camera?

I have a sony a350, jus wondering what the best aperture and shutter speep and ISO setting would be to try and get a fast oncoming train to be still and the background blurred?

If you want the subject to be clear, and the background blurred, you’ll need to set the camera on AI-Servo, which “tracks” the subject as it moves. Otherwise you’ll just get a blurry train and clear background.
